Our guarantee to you is simple. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 20 days for a full refund. After 20 days, returns will not be accepted and no refunds will be made. Unless the product was damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges. In addition, these products carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a return to make, please call our customer service at (480) 329-5530 first. A friendly customer service representative will give you a return authorization number and any additional packing or shipping instruction.
Note on Free Shipping Items
Any returned product that is sold with "Free Shipping" will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, unless the product was damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped. (For violins, restocking fee is 15% of the purchase price or $30, whichever is less). International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
A Word about Bench Colors
The sample bench colors we show on our website are a close reproduction of the bench stains and in general are a fair match to most pianos. However, it's not exact and should not be used if an exact match is required. Our benches are made of many different types of hardwoods which have various porosity levels that don't always absorb stains equally. There are significant color differences among the various wood species. When stained, this color difference causes intensity variations. The woods contain grain characteristics such as mineral streaks and pin knots that affect the color and intensity of each individual piece. And don't forget, every computer monitor shows color hues just a bit differently.
The best way to describe the difference between our Walnut & Mahogany colors is that the Walnut benches are more of a warm brown and Mahogany has a touch of red in it.
