If, for ANY reason, you are not pleased with the product you received, let us know immediately via phone or email within 7 days of the receipt and return the  item in its original condition within 14 days of the receipt for a full refund, less shipping & handling charge. Any returned product that is sold with "Free Shipping" will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase or $30 whichever is less. Unless the product was damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges. In addition, all of out violin outfits not including bows, strings, and cases carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a return to make, please call or e-mail customer service at (480) 287-0148 or [email protected] first. Our friendly customer service representative will give you a Return Authorization Number with an instruction for return. Once a return package arrives at our warehouse, we will issue you a refund

Shipping Information

All orders, if payment is received by 3:00 pm ET, are shipped the same day except on the weekends and holidays. All items are shipped via UPS Ground. *Please note that UPS does NOT ship to a P.O. BOX, so please provide us a valid street address for shipping.
Typical transit time is about 1-5 business days depend on where the package is going to. We will email you a tracking number with an expected arrival date as soon as the package leaves.
 The provided FREE shipping rates are applied for the 48 continental states only. Other residents including AK, HI, PR, and international addresses, please contact us with full address prior to purchasing for shipping quote.
**Please note that all shipping and handling fees do not include custom duty or local taxes.
Expedited shipping such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select are also available with additional shipping and handling charge.
